Read Through the Bible

Wednesdays, 6:00-7:00 p.m., ongoing in room 2205
Cost: $7
Led by Bob Chanin

This class helps adults read straight through the Bible in one year. A daily reading schedule is provided, and the weekly discussions assist in understanding the Scriptures and applying God’s Word to our daily lives. Because this is an on-going class, anyone can begin at any time. The class is open to all adults, and pre-registration is not required.

The Movement

Wednesdays, 6:00-8:00 p.m., ongoing in room 204 of the FMC

The MOVEMENT is a weekly event designed to help participants in the singles and college ministries learn what it means to live sent. Participants undertake a different project or mission each week. Past projects have included: showing appreciation to our church maintenance staff through gift bags, gift cards, and a family dinner; blessing the service workers of our community (police, fire and EMT’s); helping boys build their pinewood derby race cars; cleaning up Drakes’ Creek Park; help in preparing 700 feet of banana split for a student ministry outreach event.
