First Impressions Ministry

When people step onto the campus of First Baptist Church, they come in contact with numerous volunteers who are all here to make sure their experience at First Baptist is wonderful. We want our guests to feel welcome at our church before they ever take a seat in the Worship Center or a Sunday School class. We want people to know that they are important to us by providing a warm and safe environment for them to grow in Christ. This is the purpose of the First Impressions Ministry.

The First Impressions Ministry would not be possible without the service of countless volunteers. These volunteers serve in our shuttle service (golf carts), as parking lot attendants, greeters, traffic control, and ushers. To be a volunteer, you simply need a willing heart and a smile. No matter what your gifts and abilities, you can be an integral part of assisting with this important ministry.
