Why am I unable to sign up for an account?

There are several reasons that may prohibit you from creating an account for online giving. You must enter your first name, last name and primary email address exactly as we have them listed in the church database. If your email address is not in our database, or if we have your formal name listed in our database (i.e. William) and you tried to register with your informal name (i.e. Bill), the system would not be able to match you to your record and create a login. Please click on the Online Giving Home link on the left and use the Email Address Update form to contact us. We will be glad to be of assistance.

Is my giving history private?

Yes, only you can see your giving history, and you must be logged in to see it. The server is a highly encrypted SSL connection to ensure your security and privacy.

Can I set up online giving?

Yes. Log into Member Access using the Member Login link on the left and click on on either the Give Now button or the Give Online button. Click on the Printable Instructions link on the left for instructions. Online gifts will usually be visible in your giving history within a week of when they are made.

How do I update my information when I move, change my phone number, email address, etc.?

When logged into Member Access (use the Member Login link on the left), click on the My Complete Profile link, and then click on the pencil icon. After making the necessary changes, click on the Submit button to submit your change request. Changes are not applied to records until they are approved.

Why does my giving history not show my last contribution?

Contributions from Sunday will be updated in Member Access by Tuesday. If you do not see recent gifts listed, they probably have not been posted yet. If you have other questions regarding your contributions, please contact Beverly at 447.1361.

How often is the information on Member Access updated?

We update the information on Member Access twice daily on weekdays: at 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Change requests submitted will not be reflected on Member Access until the changes are approved and the daily updates are performed.
